What Is Personally Identifiable Information?
Personally Identifiable Information refers to any information that identifies or can be used to identify, contact, or locate the person to whom such information pertains, including, but not limited to, name, address, phone number, fax number, and email address. Personally Identifiable Information does not include information that is collected anonymously (that is, without identification of the individual user) or demographic information not connected to an identified individual.
What Personally Identifiable Information Is Collected?
The only personally identifiable information that we collect is that which is supplied by the end user either through the use of e-mail enquiries and other interactive web based contact, for example, a web form, mailing list subscription, or message board posting.
However it should be noted that when a user visits christs.richmond.sch.uk, our third party servers automatically gather information that allows the site to communicate with the user's computer throughout the duration of their visit (see Use of Cookies below).
