Years 7 to 11

YEAR 7 2025
The planned admission number (PAN) for the Year 7 intake is 150 students. 60 via a Christian Foundation place and 90 via an Open Distance place.
The furthest distance we offered to on National Offer Day in March 2024 was 1.42km
The admissions process for years 7-11 is managed by Richmond School Admissions. The preferred method is to apply online.
If you do not live in the Borough of Richmond you will need to apply to Christ’s School through your own council.
Christian Foundation places require church attendance and applications will need a Supplementary Form to be signed by your minister. Please download the form below and return completed forms in person, by post or to admissions@christs.school by 31 October.

In Year Admissions - Years 7-11
In-year applications for years 7 to 11 are managed by Richmond School Admissions and must be made using their In-Year Application Form.

For entry into years 7-11, the position of any applicant on any waiting list will be determined using the oversubscription criteria as outlined in our Admissions Policy.
Waiting Lists- Years 7-11
Families can request to be added to the waiting lists. These names will be added in criteria order. At the end of each academic year, parents of the children in years 7 to 11 will be invited by the borough to reconfirm that they wish their child to remain on the waiting list.
For entry into years 7 to 11, the position of any applicant on any waiting list will be determined using the oversubscription criteria as outlined in our Admissions Policy.
Waiting lists will be maintained by the local authority until the end of July 2025. If you wish your child to remain on the waiting list for the following academic year you must submit an in-year transfer application in June 2025.
Sixth Form
The Sixth Form at Christ’s School is a place where students are valued and respected as young adults, where excellence and individuality thrives and where high academic standards, combined with wide ranging enrichment opportunities, ensure that students fulfil their potential.
Our Sixth Form offers a diverse range of subjects. Places are open to everyone who meets the academic entry requirements, where the school offers suitable courses. In the event of oversubscription, the criteria within our Sixth Form Admissions Policy will be applied.
