New School Uniform Supplier

Christ111For a number of years we have been providing our uniform through an on-line supplier, Price and Buckland, and in general it has worked well. However, feedback from parents has suggested that they would prefer to use a local shop or supplier where they can try things on and be measured properly.

In response to this, as of Friday 19th October, Christ's will no longer be using Price and Buckland and no further online orders will be accepted by them after 4pm that day.

Our new supplier will be Stevenson's, who have their flagship store in central Twickenham. They also provide an online ordering service for those who prefer to do it that way so we will enjoy the best of both worlds.

The School Uniform policy will not be changing and all required items will be available from their shop. There may be very minor changes in materials and quality as well as very slight variation in colour of some items - in particular the house colours of the sports tops, but in general  appearance will hardly change and prices will be very similar to those of Price and Buckland.

It will not be necessary for anyone to purchase new items to replace those we currently use. All current items will remain acceptable to wear to school for as long as they have a useful life.

There will be a short gap of around ten days between the end of trading with Price and Buckland on 19th October, and Stevensons being able to set up a section in their shop and to make stock available on line. During this time items will not be readily available. Stevensons will take orders both in the shop and on line, during that period, and will supply the goods as soon as they can.

The school will also no longer hold any uniform stock as of 19th October 2018.

We hope that this change will be welcomed by parents and that it will simplify the process of obtaining uniform for our school.
