Christ's Designated as a Centre of Excellence for Behaviour

Dscf8780 1We are very pleased to announce that Christ's School has been designated as a ‘Centre of Excellence for Behaviour’ in recognition of our work over the last two and half years following Paul Dix’s Pivotal Curriculum.

This approach to behaviour management involves using restorative conversations (amongst other things), with a particular focus on students’ wellbeing, brain development and mental health.

Our Deputy Headteacher, Ms Sarah Kieran has been appointed as a Regional Lead Instructor for this approach enabling the School to continue building on our success in this area.  This achievement recognises the efforts of our very committed staff who work tirelessly each day to improve the life chances of the students at our school.
